ANNOUNCEMENTS

WEEK OF PRAYER FOR INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS & THE LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING – November 28-December 5 – The Week of Prayer for International Missions is a special, focused time of prayer for Southern Baptist missionaries serving through the International Mission Board and the people whom they serve. Every day, 155,473 people enter eternity without the hope of Jesus. Please join us as we observe the Week of Prayer for International Missions, where Southern Baptists pray for IMB missionaries, their ministries and the unreached people and places they serve.  In addition to prayer, your generosity in giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (LMCO) can make an eternal impact. When you give directly to this offering, 100% of your gifts support missionaries around the world.  Our church goal is $8,000.  LMCO offering envelopes are provided for you, or you may give online through the church website at:  bgbc.info.  At the top, beside the church name, click on “Online Tithes & Offerings.” Designate it for “Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.”

HELP NEEDED – CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PARTY – Do you love Christmas?  Do you like children?  If so, please help with the Children’s Christmas Party on Saturday, December 4, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., for age 4 through 5th grade.  We need people to help decorate, to help with the children and to help clean up.  We will have games, crafts, snacks, and a Bible Lesson.  Masks are to be worn and there will be social distancing.  Contact Cindy Lynch at 862-668-9114 or bluesky12two@yahoo.com.

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION – As part of our Christmas Celebration, we are asking you to send two to three photos of any part of your family from Christmas past.  Our wonderful media super guy, Mark Burhans, will create a slideshow that will be shared with the church family on December 19th as we celebrate Jesus.  Send your photos digitally if possible to Lynn by email (lynnepoo7@gmail.com) or submit real photos to Lynn, and she will scan them and return them to you.  We need your pictures no  later than Sunday, December 12th — earlier is better!!  If you come to worship with us — we want your family to be represented . . . you do not have to be a member of Berry’s Grove.  We look forward to seeing your family’s precious memories of Christmas past.  ~Nancy Clayton
